which defense to start?

i have new orleans and atlanta...don't like their matchups though..seattle is available to pick up...so is st. louis going against minny and their rookie qb..any suggestions?

are the Jets available? My poor Raiders make any defense look good, especially in Yahoo where every sack is a point.

St Louis though their D is generally pathetic can make the big plays. Atlanta has been known to deliver, but the matchup is unfavorable.
