Try to get into the sea more often

I was recently on a cruise, and the best thing I took was Bomine. I wasn't sick at all. I also bought the patches you put behind your ear, but, I didn't need them. Other people were using ginger pills also. The best piece of advice I got was to keep your eye on the horizon, and make sure you eat, even if it's just crackers or something. It worked out fine.

good luck with that buddy, not even not eating helps me i suggest you try sea sickness pills.

u could eat just not heavy stuff. and try to look at moving objects rather than still objects. it should help out haha chewing gum works for me haha
