Hmmm, well, I don't know if it's stoppable or not, I don't think anyone can really tell you for sure at this point, but I do believe we can take some precautions to ensure a little more time, to give us an idea of what we're facing maybe... But in all honesty, I couldn't tell you yea or nay on whether or not it's stoppable. Have an awesome day :)

Yes, but the primary source is the earth itself. Do we really want to open the Pandora's box of weather manipulation without knowing the full consequences it will have on the globe.
China is the greatest source of man-made pollution that may lead to global warming, let them lead the way in reducing their pollution, or perhaps hold them to the same standards that were tried to be imposed on the rest of the world by the Kyoto protocols.

I doubt it could be stopped even if we were willing to try. Our best bet is to continue to try and understand the natural and artificial processes involved and try to develop strategies to mitigate the potential damage and loss of life.

Yes, it is...it would take 60 years of low pollution to stabilize our temp....at the rate we are presently going...global warming...will kill us all...but...it is only a big problem if you make it one...
