1. June is not the longest month. It only has 30 days. Many others have 31.
2. Who is "they" and why would "they" move black history month?
3. Pimp n parties is a real stereotype of the black race. Not appropriate.

What point of view are you asking that from? A black guy wondering how cool it would be or how shity he could make black people feel, or a semi-angry white person that hates black people and is wanting to get a laugh out of comments about black authority, or a calm white person wondering how cool it would be if a black person became president because you've been raised to think being black is cool, or are you an old person wondering what changes might come about america and the world if an african american would become president?

Another point that no one else has made is the fact that June is not the longest month. June has 30 days, and there are several (7, in fact) that have 31 days. June has the longest days of any month, and may have the highest quantity of daylight hours, but that is fairly irrelevant.

I don't agree with your own answer to your question (it is a little stereotypical and offensive), but I hope this country gets to the point of electing qualified individuals regardless of race or gender sometime soon. I would hope a black president would pay more attention to minorities in this country and in foreign polcy, I'd hope he'd be more aware of oppressed people throughout the world like some situations in Africa and the Palestinian oppression by Israel. Maybe the road to such a prestigious poition is enough to corrupt anyone, such that their concern is no longer those they claim to serve, but their own pockets and length of time in office. We see it in Congress, so no doubt it happens with the nation's top job.

I think we'd have a lot more concentration on problems that affect those who have been disenfranchised. I don't think the President is going to rap the State of the Union or the White House is going to install a stripper pole. Maybe you watch too much TV.

It sure can't be worse that all those fat-cat white presidents you've had. Maybe it would be good for the US. Other countries around the world may be able to relate a little more to the USA. Don't discount it, it could happen, and in my opinion, it would be a breath of fresh air.

What if the US had a white president? Would society be, utopian just and perfect? Any distasters would be handled well. The elderly would have their medicine? No poverty. Or would it be the mess that it is now.

You need to raise your expectations. America deserves better.

If the person who became president was black my only concern would be if the person was qualified to do the job.

that is still my concern now so what difference does it make what colour you are or what religion you are? as long as you are qualified to run your country.

Anytime a black man committed a crime, it would be the white man's 'oppressive control' that was at fault, not the man himself.
