Do you mean power those things _from_ a car battery? Yes, get a power inverter. They take a car's 12v dc and convert that power to 110AC. There are many different sizes out there and usually are rated by number of watts. Make sure that the one you get supplies enough watts to drive whatever you've plugged into it.

A BATTERY CHARGER GOES TO THE BATTERY FROM A WALL OUTLET IF THAT IS WHAT U ARE LOOKING FOR, ALSO THERE ARE RADIATOR HEATER FOR YOUR CAR THAT PLUG INTO HOUSE OUTLET.
OTHER IF U WANT TO RUN A LIGHT OFF YOUR CAR BATTERY, THEY HAVE THOSE, BUT U WILL STILL NEED TO KEEP THE BATTERY CHARGED. U WILL NEED A CONVERTER FOR REGULAR HOUSE CURRENT.
