Check your Dungeon Master's Guide - I think its in there somewhere.

Do you mean a) a spell which a demon metamorph could use? b) a spell with which to summon/create a demon metamorph? or c) a spell with which to combat a demon metamorph?

Do you need 3.0 or 3.5? I'm pretty sure it's just Shapechange for that [Does that cover outsiders?]

Hmm. Better off sticking to conjuration and evocation anyway.
