I don't consider myself a democrat or republican, I vote according to each individual candidate. That being said, I would like to see either Barack Obama and/or John McCain run for President in 2008. I think both of them have alot to offer.
Obama I consider him to be similar to JFK in the way he speaks and gives people hope. He has the energy and seems like he would buck partisan politics. I would vote for him over McCain if they both ran, but I have liked McCain for a few years now.
I like McCain for some of the same reasons as Obama. McCain is the only republican that I would vote for because I don't think he really buys into the whole political machine that is in place and he seems more willing to work with democrats to get things done.

Rudy Giuliani seems to be the best of potential candidates for the Oval Office in 2008.
As long as it's not John Kerry.
Or John Edwards.
Or Hillary Clinton.
Or Al Gore.
Or Barack Obama.

A total independent not beholden to the oil companies or pharmaceuticals, or Insurance, steel, agriculture, just the true welfare of putting this broken nation together again. Each and every citizen, rich and poor have to heal. And yes we have to adjust the tax grade only a nation of sociopaths expects it's poorest to carry the heaviest load. Lets all do our part. I'm afraid both parties have been operating in corruption mode for so long they can not be redeemed.
We should have a congress that would be jailed for talking to a money changer or merchant. Same goes for the Decider.

I like John Edwards myself (among those who have announced.) He actually gives a damn about New Orleans and the Gulf Coast and has come down here on multiple occasions since the hurricane hit to help rebuild. He's also working hard to reduce poverty, which is another plus in my book.
Al Gore is someone I would like to see run. He's actually getting something done about global warming and again, he's another one who has done a lot for New Orleans, particulary during the days that the hurricane hit us.
Dream candidate? Russ Feingold. But he's said he wasn't running.

Colbert is a wicked satirist and prefer Pat Paulsen, in a prior era, is pretending to run for the presidency to make a factor. that each and all of the applicants are jokers and tricksters and specific not extra qualified to run than Colbert. I remember Pat Paulsen working and he truthfully have been given alot of write in votes on the time, shows you the extra issues replace , the extra they stay a similar.

I'm going to run for president in '08. I enjoy being in the spotlight. Also, my campaign platform would be that I don't think we should be in Iraq............we should be in France. Wish me luck!

The best candidate would be, Liberterian, Neal Boortz of WSB Radio in Atlanta, GA. He is one who speaks his mind and is not afraid to offend people by doing what is right for our country.
