there are parts of Mexico that have snow so you have to refine your question to where in Mexico? it is not all flat with the same temperature

Mexico is a huge country with 32 states. Each state is very unique. The geography of each state can vary vastly; deserts, snow topped mountains, jungles, marshland, small towns, cities, valleys, fertile land... The people of Mexico come in every color of the rainbow depending on which state you visit also. Yes, there are naturally blonds blue eyed Mexicans (haven't you seen novelas on the Spanish channel) You may come across people who still speak their native indigenous language. There are also Afro Mexican people on the east coast.

Cold enough to keep snow on the ground. Cold enough that you feel like you are freezing your duff off. Cold enough that people die of hypothermia---either that or carbon monoxide poisoning while they are trying to stay warm.

Well it isnt as cold as in Canada but now in DF my family says its really cold about 3 degrees celcius...
