I do. His trial and execution were a circus. His crimes were serious, and should have been tried by a legitimate body, not this kangaroo court. For all the people saying "look at how he treated his victims," does that make you proud that we reduced ourselves to his level? Not me.

Treated shabbily/harshly? You have to be kidding. He was treated far better than he has ever treated a fellow human being.
The man should have been shot the moment they dug him out of his rat hole.

No. He was treated quite well compared to how he had people tortured to death in prisons. He allowed his sons to take any girl off the sidewalk, force her to party with them and rape them. They even found films that the sons had made with their friends. His hanging was quick. Torture and rape is not.

There are those who say he was, and people with such opinions usually have a pretty good point. Too bad that nobody who cared could do anything about it. Besides, I simply think executing people is for orks, not humans. It's the 21st century, for crying out loud!
I feel cheated. Where is our superior morality. Killing people is for Neanderthals (and even they were pretty civilized, I hear).

NO SADDAM WAS NOT TREATED UNJUSTLY, I THINK HE GOT MORE THEN HE DESERVED. I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PUBLIC HANGING.

If he got what he deserved, it would have been much slower and more painful...the same way as he treated his victims.
