I thought the same thing for a long, long time. I had been with a plethera of women, always the player, and never told a woman I loved her. Then I meet this one girl and I just knew. When I finally told her I thought it would be so rough, but it was natural. If you can't say it then don't say it. Don't say it to make someone like you or try to push the relationship in places where you both can't be. It should just feel right. Love is a word that people throw around, but real love is there and you will know it when the time comes. When you do, it will smack you up side the head.

It really depends on the person, but I think that it's hard to tell the person you love that you really love him/her because you are afraid what their reactions might be. You are just a little shy, that's all.

I sorta feel like it should be obvious by how one acts, but it is never the less a good idea to say it once in a while just to make sur that the other person is getting the message you want to send...

Possible rejection. That's why I just tell others and have word get around, and then act normally. That way he knows and I don't act that eager so if he wants to reject me, it will seem to him as if I don't care. It works everytime.
