do all the non-elite quests. Never do elite quests for exp, only for items.
Grind every single monster you can find. Level tradeskills skinning and herbalism so you have plenty of money to buy new skills. You can switch skills later at lvl 60 if you want. Group with a healer if you can, and get high level characters to run you quickly through instances. This will be easy since you are a girl. Good luck, remember don't play to much. Wow=Crack.

Pretty much just kill anything you see, and do as many quest as possible. I never grouped with higher level peeps to run me through instances, its works but I prefer to do it myself. Grouping with a healer is good too, if your in an area where you can't take the mobs yourself. Your best bet though is to just keep a bunch of potions on your and grind your butt off.
