I doubt whether you can sell it. You can donate it.
Unless you have something of real interest to the scientific community - for example two hearts (?!) - in which case you can probably make them an offer.

u can to a science body museum, but not sell, but donate.
u sign up, and after u die, you're body gets donated to them, becuae of your chioce.
