It's just a song. How does liking it make you a poser?

I absoluetly love that song and MCR.
Liking it does not make you a poser at all.
If you liked it simply because you want to be cool or something, you'd be a poser. Try not to listen to what other people say and just listen to whatever you want!

Well, usually the kids who listen to that song are claiming to be either goth or punk, depsite the fact that MCR is neither of those genres and those little brats know nothing of said genres or the aesthetics that come with them.

It doesn't. Liking a song doesn't make one a "poseur". When ten year old kids begin wearing eyeliner, black ties, studded belts/bracelets and patches that say "PUNK ISN'T DEAD", that's when the term poseur comes into effect. I have some news for you kiddies: punks been dead since the day it was born.

Like whatever songs you want. Just don't become a stereotype.

I hate that song. The only good thing to come out of MCR is Ghost of You. Everything else is lame.
