I'm expecting a FedEx package that was shipped out today, and it scheduled for overnight delivery. I for sure need it by Tuesday, and have to be home to sign for it. What day will it come with the holiday? Will FedEx deliver on Tuesday even though is declared as a federal National Day of Mourning?

If you have the tracking number, go to www.fedex.com and input it. It will show the tracking as well as the scheduled delivery date.

I just called FedEx and they said that they will have delivery services as normal on Jan 2.

Follow up: I just searched FedEx's site for their Holiday schedule and they have a chart which shows, depending on the type of package, whether or not there will be delivery for it on Jan 2. Please refer to the link provided.

It depends on how the shipper sent it... if it's scheduled for a Saturday delivery it'll be there...but if it's just a regular overnight....it'll be there Tuesday...you might want to see how the shipper sent the package...

I know when I send out packages...you can choose First Overnight (8:30AM) delivery, Priority Overnight (arrive by10AM) or regular overnight is to be delivered (no later than 3PM).

But if this is an international package...that really all depends on customs....

Why don't you contact FedEx or go to the FedEx site and ask this question there?

Yeah, check www.fedex.com, put in the tracking number and it should say on what date it is scheduled for delivery.
