they have always gotten along since babies, all of a sudden they fight a lot, possibly Timmy beating up Tommy. Should I seperate or let them get through this phase hoping they dont seriously get hurt?

I'd separate them before they get hurt.

I have two Fancy Mice. They have been perfectly fine, but they tend to get territorial. They may be playing if you don't notice them actually hurting each other they may be fine. "just how cats play". But if you notice them in pain or physical damage you should definitely separate them at least for over night this may just be a phase. You might want to clean out their cage also. They have places marked and when one goes near it they freak out that's what my mice did. You can take a cotton ball and dip it in some vanilla and put it in the cage this will confuse them and they should get along fine. This is what i did. The vanilla will not harm them just in case you were wondering. Email me if you have anymore questions i would love to help you with your little guys :]

Is it guaranteed that both are male? Usually in rodents, when the female is pregnant, she fights a lot with the male....sometimes causing physical damage! But yes seperate them!
