I'm not completely familiar with their meal plans, but as long as it's well-rounded and you're not skimping on the amount, sure it could be a good thing. Just compare it to other suggested food guides for pregnant women, and of course ask your doctor. Good luck...

I think Jenny Craig would be an adequate diet to follow while pregnant. It can be adjusted for caloric intake so make sure you are getting enough for you and baby. It is a fully balanced meal plan so it seems like it would be good for you. For a lot of women this would be a diet that has everything needed for good nutrition so might be better than making the meals on your own.

I am on Nutrisystem and ttc. My doctor said is o.k. if I have all the fruits, veggies, dairy and water needed.
I know someone who is on weightwatchers and the doctor said the same thing to her.
good luck!

No. It's a really bad idea.

If you are that fat, you shouldn't be having children anyway. The body needs to be at a healthy weight.

If you are just overly self concious about your weight, you shouldn't be having children either. You should be of sound mind before you conceive.

No I wouldn't as your baby needs all your nourishment now.

But I would instead go for daily walks to burn fat and eat as healthy as you can.
