A Police Officer needs to tell you why he is arresting you, before he reads you your rights. How can he be testing you out in the field for drugs? He can't be taking blood work! You have the right to be taken to a hospital for blood work-up-for drug or alcohol testing. If you refuse-you are automatically stating your guilty. Out on the road-YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ANSWER NO QUESTIONS- TAKE NO TESTS, say you do not understand your rights, and ask for a lawyer!! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!! IF YOU FEEL YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER-TELL THE LAWYER!! Remember!!!!! Answer NO questions, sign nothing, and only take the breathe test at the station or blood test at the hospital. You may have done wrong, but you still have rights!!!!!!! They cannot search your car, unless you give them permission, or your under arrest.

If a cop ever asks if he can seek my vehicle, my answer isn't any. Why? because of the fact i will. it is all i want. and that i'm one that does have no longer something to conceal. does not count. it is my suitable under the 4th modification and a selection of of different different rules, and "the declare and workout of a suitable can not be converted to a criminal offense." In different words, my refusal does not characterize useful suspicion. I even have no longer something to conceal, the two, as quickly as I take a unload, yet i'm no longer consenting to a cop observing me on an identical time as I do it. IF the cop has useful suspicion to seek my vehicle, then he does not want my permission. And a warrant demands probable reason, some thing a sprint harder to get. It does require an ARTICULABLE reason, no longer in basic terms a nagging suspicion.

You're not giving the full details of the situation. Unless it's a crooked cop on a power trip, which may very well be the situation, I doubt any normal officer is going to pull that trick on you without just cause. Post more details, or suffer insignificance.

A Police Officer does what he is trained to do. The OJ case is years old, he did it, he should be in prison waiting execution or already executed or spending life in prison. So, your trying to state something here, maybe some racial bs. Get over it. We all had too.

If a cop ever ask to search your vehicle say NO! They must have probable cause or a search warrant to do so. I hate seeing people on "COPS" say to the officers its ok to look in their car, just say NO!
