Actually, after their appearaqnce in the beginning of the NOrse cycle during the creation of the world and then later on during the creatin of mankind (although another version names Heonir and Lodhur as being part of that instead) they make no further appearance in any of the sruviving lore that we have. It is generally taken by those that study such things as well as those that follow the gods that they do infact survive RagnarokR, if only becasue the is no account of their death.

I know Villi will survive past Ragnarok but im not sure about Ve. Ve is not listed as having survived the battle.

I have never actually seen any account of them other than the story of the creation of humans. I have read essays by scholars that speculate Villi and Ve are psuedonyms for Odin and Loki.
