i am very petite...my whole family is and alot of other people on our isthmus of panama(im half panamanian) and my little island of puerto rico(im half puerto rican) But i like to ask why some of us are so little(as in height) and our frame is quite small too?

That's just the way Hispanic people are in general: shorter and smaller.

A lot of them when young are that way (Best time to date them) BUT when they get older they pork out (Best time to leave)
