No emergency but i have many scented ones for special nights..........

I don't know how many candles I have now. The last count was 60 something, but I know it's more than that now. I love candles. So for emergencies, I have plenty. For the scent, I have plenty. I just bought a candle warmer today. It releases the scent without burning the candle. Smells so good, and the candles last so much longer.

I have a flashlight for emergencies and about 15 candles around the house and each one was bought because I liked the scent.

Usually between 30 and 120 candles on hand. (We have a chapel in our house that's used by the neighbourhood, so we keep stocked in candles.) We had enough candles that we were able to supply the entire neighbourhood during the last blackout. It was a six hour blackout, and three houses of neighbours got togther and played board games by candle light, after other candles were distributed around the 'hood. (People dropped in to use our phone too, because it was the only one on the block that didnt' require electricity! The benefits of simple living....)

just the scent then if the lights go out get a flashlight and find a candle or 2 usually...

Two kerosene lamps, two flashlights, and about 10 decorative and scented candles all for the smell.

I have 9 candles, a flashlight in every room, and a generator.
I also have gas logs to use for heat.

I live in florida, so I have a generator, but I do love candles and have quite a few.
