Adults. They have much more to draw from, and more practice at behaving like a child. And like anything else, some are much better at it than others.

It used to be that the adults acted level headed and in control even when things were out of control. There was a stronger presence of maturity just about everywhere. Now, in this time (generation?), and I am not that old, so called adults have strayed back into their secound childhood. Just read the newspaper or listen to the news. Better yet, attend a sports function including the "children" of these parents, and the evidence will point to the disintergration of our society and the adults who are suppossed to act like adults, instead of the children acting like the adults. Where did all of the boundries go to? Teachers are not allowed to discipline the child at all anymore. And as a parent, if your discipline is considered politically incorrect (harsh by a good old fashion spanking on the rear-end) for fear of jail and or fines, then no wonder there's a resort to childish behavior and "mock" maturity.

An adult can act more childish, than a child or teenager, BECAUSE they are still consider children. An adult is not! One thing another adult hates to see, is a mature adult, who is supposed to be setting an example for their children acting like a baby butt spoiled child!!!

I have seen adults behave like 2 year olds. I think that is the extreme childishness, because adults just shouldn't act that way.

It depends on how the person was raised - all in their development. I know someone who's in their 20's who acts like a little kid.
