eBay: What do you do when you have already paid and then the sell is "suspended"??

We're new to the whole eBay thing (Yeah, I know- where have we been the last 6 years)...We bought an IPod from someone that has a lot of 100% feedback and such, we already paid, and now it says that user is suspended. What do we do???

File a complaint with eBay. Find out why the user has been suspended. That would be the best and if you can retract payment. Or just wait and see what happens. But the best thing would be to file a complaint or continue to contact the person who sold it to you and find out what has happened and why they were suspended.
