Planning a war is a war crime under both the Geneva Conventions and the Nuremberg Principles. So stop that discussion.
But more important, once the public understands that Bush stole both the 2000 and 2004 elections should EVERYTHING he did become null and void?

After reading some of this - the conclusions to draw are -
1- Bush isn't a war criminal (no proof)
2- The US government contributed to the tragedy of 9/11 by a failure to work together (FBI, CIA, etc. etc.) rather each group working individually and in isolation. None of the groups involved that may have had relevant information pieced enough of it together to prevent this and the fault lies in the politicians (all of them - Republican and Democrat)
3- The Patriot Act is neither null or void as a result of any of this.
4- Most of the comments listed on the site are taken out of the context and twisted in an attempt to pursue malice against the President and the government and allude to some non-existent conspiracy by the US government against the US People. The truth is that this was done by a terrorist organization and that we as a country failed to prevent it because of politics.

Bush will never be proven as a war criminal. He did what he had to do to oust Hussein and free the Iraqi people of an evil regime, Saddam Hussein in particular. He did nothing wrong - nothing that would ever prove him to be a war criminal - better get your facts straight! Just because you and dozens of other liberals see only your idea of the truth and not the REAL truth, doesn't mean Bush is a war criminal. Tell the country what crimes he should be tried for. If you think he should be tried as one for sending our troops to war to free a country of an evil, murderous, brutal dictator, then those presidents of the past should have been tried as war criminals, too - George Washington included - he was our president as well as a general in the army. Better get your facts straight and learn what REAL war criminals are tried for!

Why are you still here?
You say nothing that we haven't heard before. You're just whining and whining. I'm really sick of you people dealing in "if" and "should" kinda words. If you think Bush is such a war criminal then do something about it. I may not like the guy but I don't spend my day whining about it.

How weak of you to have to resort to fallacious hypotheticals to show your irrational hatred for President Bush.
The answer to your question is NO, and by asking this you show your massive ignorance of the United States Constitution and the way laws are made in this country.

I'm indifferent to whether or not we should prosecute Bush, but I do want the patriot act hosed.
