I've read some of your answers, and they're pretty good. But one of you said they're expensive. Well lemme tell you something... YOU ARE FRAKKIN' WRONG!
Drugs are easy to get at, like cooking spray, super glue, or gasoline. How many of you think im doing drugs simply because i know this and asked the question above?

Oh.. and tanya s... cancer is curable, and to you rinnieang or whatever your username is, drugs are not expensive, ESPECIALY inhalents.

Because you can overdoes one day and die.. and you are burning neurons that will never come back.. that means you have the possibility of becoming less intelligent with each dose

Well obviously it hasn't killed you, but there is a danger to any drug. I personally don't do any mind altering drugs (including alcohol but not including things like caffeine and stuff all the time, im not crazy about it) because I kind of have a philosophy that I want to enjoy life raw, as it is. That is just personal. Doing drugs is a personal choice. Christmas weekend a family friend of ours son died from overdosing. Of course, he took hard drugs, I am not sure what you are implying. You could be talking about caffeine, that qualifies. Also, drugs are expensive. Think of how much more life you can have with the money you don't spend on it. I'd rather see a play than take a trip. Also, I am studying biology and study the effect some drugs do on the brain. The fact that it inhibits or changes things in it seems so primitive and stupid. And sometimes perminant. Intimancy is ruined by drugs. In high school I was asked to a dance by my boyfriend while he was high. He didn't remember he did it and it was kind of lame. Not that those are important anyways, but at the time it was a big deal :-). Nothing says I love you like an altered state of mind. People are also worse in bed I think :-P Those are some ideas I have. In the end, its your choice. If you do continue, just make sure it is controlled and your decisions wont hurt anyone else. If you kill yourself its your fault anyways. Happy New Year!

Because your body is the temple of God. It is not to be contaminated in any way. Sexual immorality, drugs of any kind, self mutilation... the list goes on and on. I am a delivered pot head, alcoholic, and tabacco user. The Lord Jesus Christ washed away my sins and freed me from the spirit of addiction you are talking about. It IS only a spirit which can be cast out of your temple(your body) if you do believe. If not, be glad He gives us free choice to chose the right paths. Also, he forgives us of our sins, so don't feel bad if you can't stop. I used to feel horrible cause of my addiction and I was delivered all at the same time in one day! That evil spirit of addiction was cast out without the use of patches, AA meetings or any other crap used to quit. The Lord is our Saviour, for he is our physician, and will deliver us. He wants you to have a clean mind and body, which will purify your soul. It feels good to get high, but when your free of addiction it feels GREAT. The Holy Ghost is the BEST HIGH!!!!!!!

You don't feel bad NOW. I just recently saw a picture of Eddie Van Halen. He looks like the walking dead. Ozzy Osbourne has become a babbling idiot. Eddie is still chuggin', but Ozzy is sober. Too late the damage has been done. If you live to be that old, look up picutres of some of these guys, that is what you will look like and feel like. 40 going on 90.............

Cause even though you are still physically alive, you begin to experience a gradual brain dead life. Every so often in a moment of clear headiness you realize it. Every thing in life revolves around drugs. IF you're not doing them, don't start...it's overrated and you are wasting your life.

just don't mess with the heavy stuff, like herion. pot is fine. i've had three family members die from herion. i don't mess with anything that can kill me. that being said the goverment should not have any control over what we put in our bodys. if we want to do it, and it might kill us, so be it. there are people in jail just for smoking weed which is ridiculous. A guy who drinks all night blows past a stop sign. A guy who has been smoking weed all night sits and waits for it to turn green. a guy who has been drinking goes home and beats his wife. a guy who has been smoking weed goes home and eats her dinner. the smoke from weed is WAY less dangerous then the stuff in cigarettes, and actually has medicinal values. legalize marijauna!
