yes warmer temps than normal but rain and the rain will wash away the old and bring in the fresh and new. Happy New Year 2007

here in the Philippines..... its El Niño... so hot in here... as if we're having summer here.....so its impossible to have rains on new year..... besides we have put up already our fireworks.... we dont like to be ruined by the rain!!!
