The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre when Leatherface puts the girl on the meathooked and you hear that sound of her spine crack and the skin break, the gushy sound. Can't STAND it. I also don't like Old Boy when he cuts off his tongue and the end.

In John Carpenter's The Thing, two thirds through the movie when Wilfred Brimley's become a thing and he sticks his fingers in another guy's face, then the moment a few ticks later you see him dragging the guy but the guy's head is just deflated and looks connected to Brimley's arm.
That's creepy, I tell ya.

It's a true story and wow. It REALLY makes my blood run cold and gives me chills. Skin crawling for sure at the end. Whoooaaaa.
