I have been really busy and haven't had time to watch tv. Now everyone is talking about "emo". What or who is it?

Oh, just don't even worry about it. It's another idiotic steroetype that high school kids enjoy to slam each other with instead of learning or improving their lives.

Emo is s style of music, emo being short for emotional. It is usually listened to buy girls between 14 and 22 who have depressed self esteem and view the world as one big tragic event.

its ok, many people consider this a style and many others consider this to be the act of cutting ones self do to depression! its also a type of music, "emo" its usually depressing and talks of killing ones self, well at least what i have heard.

ok emo isnt all lets go cut our wrist and they dont hate their life.. its just a style and like music and like a way of life.. my cousin is emo and she wouldnt dare slit her wrist annd she loves life.. so like yea. she just like styles her hair emo like and wears all blackk like all the time.. soo like dont be dising them bc emos arent what everyone thinks.

Emo is basically for kids who had parents that didn't love them so they cry about it in songs.
Frankly, all emo kids are gay.

My friends call me emo.But I dont particularly like labels,such as prep,emo and whatnot.Emo means emotional.So,some bands such as Simple Plan fall under that catergory.With songs like "Perfect" and "Welcome to my Life".So,yeah,its like emotional.People that cut themselves are "emo".And people that wear band tees,skinny jeans,and black eyeliner are like a typical "emo".But,yeah,thats what I think/believe "emo" is.But I'm anti-labels.So,yeah.
