Well it depend on which kind of person you are. You would rather go for something such as the PERSONALITY. That is something that no one can take away from you unless you give in to pier pressure. Beauty in a person is what you can look in so deep that all you see is great personality and wonderful times. That's where love comes in. And sure make up is beauty sometimes, if you don't look good with or without make up. Then personality takes charge and beauty takes over.

it's beauty in the personality of a person. Looks will give way to gravity and stress. Personality is how a person deals with that when it happens. I've met many beautiful people in my life and they are mean spirited. I've met a lot of not so beautiful people on the outside that are really caring and loving. Just a genaliztion not all are like that. I personally would rather have an "ugly" man in my home that treats me well than a nice looking one who is arrogant and beats me. Believe me I've had both types in my life.

a persons beauty is in their personality not their looks..
if a person is good looking they might be a bad person and have a nasty personality
its the personality that makes a person beautiful

Hi i will always say personality, but the thing is guys usually go for beauty as in make up, the thing is i think this is wrong, as most girls that wear make up look nothing like they do without make up. I guess its lucky you get someone who likes you for who you are and who loves you with out any make up.
But personallity is way more important.

there's times when i tell a beautiful lady that i can't decide if what they are wearing does them justice or if they are doing the clothes justice.
you are quite right to ask this question......many times i've run across beautiful looking people until they open their mouth and speak. that is when all this ugly comes tumbling out.
personality does count for a lot. that is granted. but presentation also counts. it covers a lot of ground such as the clothes one wears, the posture, body language, disposition and a million dollar smile that warms the room.
in short, you can't help but love the person who gives a damn about themselves.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder,which means, if u see beauty in a person, well thats ur answer,,makeup doesnt make beauty, neither does any thing else,,if u see beuaty in a person, then u do,,if this person has a good personality to u, and u see this person beautiful,,then it in ur eyes,,

In my opinion inner beauty is the 1 that counts every times…but other people think if ur beautiful outside then I might get luck…I am ugly and I am proud of it. It bugs my when people tell me I am ugly…it really bugs me…..but there is nothing I can do about it…I mean its life I have to live it..u know…but I think its always he inner beauty that counts.

It is both, but make-up makes up 30% and personality 70%
A good combination of both make a person one step closer to perfect.
Good harmony of both is ideal. In this way strive to achieve a good personality along with a healthy body and pretty face
