yes, i did it 4 times. ;) you just have to have a rhogam shot during your pregnancy to prevent being sensitized.. also you will need one within 24 hrs after birth (if the baby is + blood type) or any bleeding during pgcy,

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and I have A- blood and my husband has A+ blood so I just got my rhogam shot about a week ago but it is not a big deal as long as you do what is necessary.

I dont think that the blood type has anything to do with getting pregnant....but it does matter if one of the persons is not fertile...if someone is telling you the blood types count then i think they are wrong..unless there is something wrong with one of the blood

Honey, blood type has nothing to do with the ability to get pregnant. It doesn't matter what his/her blood type is...a baby can be made.
