I find the killing, and its expected celebration, very disturbing. I can't help but think that we have lost a major source of information in our war effort. Overall, I'm majorly against the barbaric nature of capital punishment in general.

After what he did to the Kurdish people (he used gas to kill those innocents) and the killings of Dujail (148) and so many more that he did, do you still think there are some justification for the hanging of Saddam? Inhuman was what he did to his own people. International law? He wipe his *** with it when he acted like a madman in the those killings. What I think is that his death is going to cause more deaths and more sectarian violence in Iraq. I feel sorry for the Iraqi people who has to deal with those butchers everyday of their life.

No I don't think it was justified. Saddam Hussein was erroneously linked to the terror attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11/01. That's what this whole war in Iraq was all about (that and looking to strike rich with oil). Saddam was only executed because Pres. Bush couldn't find Osama Bin Laden's location. Pres. Bush wanted justice and closure for the families of the people of the world trade center. It was too difficult to find Osama Bin Laden, so Bush was looking for an easier target to blame the 9/11 tragedy on. He Chose Saddam because his dad didn't like him very much and told him that's who he should blame the WTC tragedy on.

Oh yes, it was an inhumane act, not like the way good ol' saddam treated the people of his very own country. why the jolly old gentleman was treated very badly by those who would have justice. what a pity , the way they treated the nice man. why he wasn't nothing but sugar and spice. boo-hoo.

I do think that hanging Saddam was justified. I don't think that it was inhuman. And international law was represented at Saddam's trial.

International Law does not ever override a sovereign countries own law. yes his hanging was justified, he murdered or had murdered several hundred thousand of his own countrymen, women and children.
