Usually hazel brown eyes look great which the grays and blacks. But use sparingly! Too much eyeliner can make you look cheap and trashy. Maybe just use some on top, and then do a very light layer on the inside of your bottome lid. It'll look nice and natural, while bringing out the color of your eyes.

I would say it depends on your color hazel. If they lean more toward green, try a purple liner - it will make your eyes look really green! Blue will help them look more blue or grey, but with brown and hazel eyes, the sky is the limit! You have way more options that almost anyone! Have fun with it!

Depends on your complexion, the shape of your eyes, and your eyebrows. But if you're a brunette, DON'T USE BROWN unless you're sure about it. It's such a common mistake - brunettes tend to think brown will work because it "matches", but often it doesnt work with the complexion at all. Try blue, green, or black. It also depends where you apply the liner and what look you're going for. It'd be best to ask at a makeup counter at the mall or something.

Try dark muted purple or Dark chocolate brown. These will be the most versatile colors for you. If you want something fun and trendy try MAC fluidline in Blue Peep. If you have a darker complexion and Dark hair you can wear black, but if you are fair and have lighter hair black will be too harsh.

I have them too, and use dark brown on the upper lid, and light brown to underline and define my eye. If I'm in a different mood, then I switch those up. (for darker effect and the eyeshadows too.)
When I want to go dramatic, I use the dark brown on top and black on the bottom and sometimes switch them up too! =o)

black eyeliner is always cute with any eye color (don't overdue the application of the eyeliner though)
