I need to get my hair cut and highlighted but i have no idea where to go anywhere. I want slanted bangs and lots of layers because my hair is realy thick and is like 5 inches below my shoulder. Anyone know a good place to go thats not over $200

Big Hair on Roscoe in Chicago. The place is way cool and cuts are under $15.00. A full head coloring is $30 and I think highlights are cheaper.

My wife goes to Robert Jeffery on Halsted Street (roughly 3430 N. Halsted). She shopped around for years, but is happy with this place.

I'd ask a friend who always has a good haircut. Do not go to a "walk-in" place (i.e. Great Clips, etc.)
