medication
Drs advise, drink cranberry juice, eat yogurt and blow dry (I know sounds strange but that's the way to get the area dry - moisture is the problem, cleaning / douching too much takes out good bacteria) I was told that most times that damp towel isn't the best way to dry off ... go figure!

Drink plenty of water. At least the recommended amount of 8 glasses but if it is really bad I would say drink more. You can by the cream at any drug store, Walmart, etc. It should take it away in 7 days if that does not solve the problem go see your doctor, maybe it's more than a yeast infection it could be chlamydia. Planned Parenthood is free and confidential.

Go buy some over-the-counter medication... washing wont' "cure" the yeast infection, it needs to be treated with medication. You might want to purchase the medication that takes three days to clear up the infection, if it does not subside, you might want to make an appointment with your Dr. Good Luck

Go to the doctor or your local health department.
Or go to WalMart and get some Monistat-7. Soap and water don't clear up a yeast infection, just the smell.

Rinse w/a solution called Domebro. Go to your gyn to make sure it is a yeast infection. It could be something else. Then get a prescription. and do drink the cranberry juice, lots of water and eat yogurt. and never douche!
