I want to tell him to go away but that would be kind of rude, and my friends don't mind him but I really do. Please help me answer my questions and be appropriate.

Maybe you should figure out why he bothers you so much and then try to fix it. Just be nice to the guy he might not have very many friends and he thinks you actually want to be his friend and that's why he tries to hang out with you.

You didn't say why you didn't like this guy. Your friends like him and don't mind him so what is this guy doing that bugs you? Maybe you just need to have a chat with him if he's annoying and tell him to chill.

Whatever you do, don't send him a not saying,'I don't like you. If you don't leave me alone, I will get very angry.You don't want to get me angry.' Just tell him that you think he should find other friends to hang out with.

talk to your friends and see if they truly like him. if not, tell him to go away or just keep avoiding him until he gets the hint.

try to shrug him off maybe he isnt so bad. but if he is, just avoid him. and dont hang around him that much
