I know there are some Arab sites that will have it, we should have access to them in the states. Or if there is a TV network other than HBO that is willing to show it uncut ?

Don't expect to get it on television as the US bans so much stuff, (like the information of how they were part in the 9/11), and wait a couple of days or hours untill the clip gets all around the internet.

I doubt any American cable channel will show it and last I heard, the Iraqi govenment has the only copy of the tape and has not released it yet.

I don't know if it is going to be available or not, but apparently there was only one camera that filmed it. I don't know who has the authority over it, nor if they will be releasing it.
