Ohhh My! I am afraid she will not except the Baby, she should have been allowed to wake up from her surgery with the puppy suckling her. I am under the impression she woke up without the puppy, so as far as she is concerned it isn't hers. You will need a heating pad for the first 3 to 4 weeks of age to keep the puppy warm, it should be set on Low and coverd with a thick towel. You could try to express milk from her and rub it all over the Puppy so she senses it is hers. This does not always work, but is worth a try. If not, then Bottle Feed the Baby for 6 weeks, but for the first 2 to 3 weeks you will need to stimulate the Puppy to Potty, this can be done using a warm Cotton Ball. this should be done every time you feed the puppy, which should be every hour, day and night, for the first 2 weeks, then every 2 to 3 hours, day and night, after that until he is about 4 weeks, then every 4 to 5 hours, day and night. then at 5 weeks old introduce solid food to him such as a very soft and fine Canned Puppy food mixed with his Formula (DO NOT use Baby food). Then you can start the Weaning Process when he is eating on his own eagerly.

No. You will have to feed the puppy goats milk by using a little baby bottle. You can get it at the pet store.
Ask your vet how much to feed the puppy and how often.
You can just call and ask. They'll tell you over the phone without charging you anything.
It's not that uncommon for a mother to reject her pups.
Good Luck and you are SO lucky! You have a cute little warm puppy to take care of! CONGRATULATIONS MOM! Lol.

You might have to become the mommie.. you should take over the role of feeding them, keeping them warm, and cleaning them.
Some animals are funny like that.
