I've gotten into the habit of taking little things from stores (nailpolish, lipbalm etc.) my friend caught me and told me i have to stop. I just like the rush it gives me. I freaked out at my friend when she confronted me becuase it's not a big deal, now she won't talk to me. What should i do?

You should stop petty thefts immediately! It may be petty to you but not to the stores. You need to thank your friend for giving you friendly advices. You will regret not taking your friend's advices should you be caught stealing and brought to court. Your entire future will be ruined.

It is a big deal! You need to listen to your friend. Be glad your friend caught you and not the store you are stealing from. Do you want to be arrested for "petty theft"?
