How about lying on your back. My stomach is always flatter when I am lying on my back compared to when i am standing up and LOOKING in a MIRROR. It sure beats dieting and sit ups. Also, if you can't put your jeans on when you are standing, you sure can when you are lying flat on your back!

Lie on a highway, and let the truck go over you.
Tie up your stomach with a rope/ribon( this actually works)
Go into the toilet and flush yourself.
