I love Sean Bean, but I'm not stoked at all. I'm so tired of these remakes that don't need to be remade. Same exact plot except the girl is taking the place of the C Thomas Howell character. I'll pass.

I agree in that I am getting a bit tired of remakes, tho I am happy that this one at least is not being remade into a comedy lol. However, I don't think Rutger Hauer's character can be re-done as well as he did it. Just my opinion.

I'll say this: The Original is the best. Heck, I don't even pick up hitchers anymore! (I don't take showers because of "Psycho" or swim in the ocean because of "Jaws" either. But that's besides the point...(LoL))
