Only one person has the power to judge this and that is GOD. And yes there is a God! Personally I don't think Saddam is in heaven, I think he is in hell. I also think he deserves to be in hell. Saddam was an evil man, that was heartless. But it is not my judgement, nor anyone else's. That is God's call.

Straight to a special little corner of hell, reserved just for others like him- Hitler, Pol Pot,
Idi Amin, etc., etc., where they will suffer for eternity the same tortures they inflicted on the thousands of innocent people they murdered.
