I do! Most music I listen to is from the 30s-70s, with some exceptions. There's still some good music today, but it ain't on the top 40 pop charts.

Music today sucks big time. It's all emo andpunk wannabes. There are no reallygreat rock bands like the late 80's and 90's give us. STP,Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Janes Addiction, Filter..these are bands that rule. Now rock music has gone all gay with whinny frontmen from MCR, to Fall Out Boy... they all sound the f_cking same now. i can't tell one band from another.

Rap music really sucks, those lyrics are all the same, all the artist are just coping each other, i mostly listen to 70's rock like the doors and Hendrix, the newer rock, metal music is still good to in my opinion tho.

Today's music mostly sucks, with a few exceptions, like Arch Enemy, Lamb of God, and Godsmack. What happened to all the old school metal like Slayer, old Metallica, Anthrax, etc.? There's nothing original out there anymore.

The best music ever was from the 60's to the 80's. I can't stand all of those revealing and stuck up pop singer's and those rappers who have to use the "N' word all the time, you know what I mean?

There is still a lot of good music out there, you just have to look for it. Turn off your televisions and radios and drive down to your local independent music store. Or just surf the net. I have discovered tons of bands online that I never would have heard of otherwise.

I agree, but there are a few exceptions. Wolfmother is a great band.
anything that is rap is crap. any modern country is crap. I'm a big Woody Guthrie fan, and he is an old country/folk guitarist, but modern stuff about "my love for texas", or "how sweet is Luusiana"
is just crap. Way to go man.
Zeppelin is the f*#^*in king man. Go Hendrix. Yay the Who!!!
the old stuff is awesome man

I definetly agree..

95% of my albums are from the 60s and 70s.

I really think music is more commercial and about money and having the "look" than about real music......

I think a lot of you just don't know what to listen to today. But if you are talking about popular music then agreed.

There are too many poser punk bands that are out now...and of course the dumb witted girly pop groups. When you watch MTV all they show is nothing but rap. I'd rather listen to the radio and wait for my favorite song to come on than watch that sh*t.
