Instead of telling us all how wrong we are to be glad that an evil dictator who tortured and killed his own people is no longer able to hurt anyone else...

Why aren't you focusing on the true outrages in this world like those we are awaiting their fate and will be stoned to death?

There are women in Iranian prisons waiting to be stoned to death. One in particular was just 17 when she was stabbed and killed the man who stabbed her in self defense as he was attempting to rape her 14 year old neice. http://www.myspace.com/savenazanin

How can you be outraged about Saddam and yet so ill informed on so many of the autrocities committed around the globe. Saddam's death was swift and quick in compairison.

Everyone is quick to point fingers at violent Americans while turning a blind eye to the violence of others around the world?

Why is that?

There are those on this very forum who think his death was injustice. (Believe me I'm not one of them)
What I'm saying is that some of those same people think Americans are horrible and violent people yet have nothing to say about the injustice and violence in other countries.

And Stoned means having rocks thrown at you until you die, not drugs.

No one wants to face reality and it's easier for them to be ignorant (that whole "ignorance is bliss" ideal) and always point to some scapegoat (the U.S.A.). I think it's sad when other countries blame the U.S. for every thing and won't put any one else in responsibility for their own actions and I think it's even worse when Americans want to blame their own country and refuse to educate themselves.

Saddom was hung because he was hanging around the wrong crowd. The woman was getting stoned for getting high, or is it stoned? Umm.. anyway death is death. Life is a bitc and so forth. Wirte your congressman and let him know you feel blue. He will tell you to vote for him, and he is god. Oh and to have a nice day.

Who are you asking? Not many people think it was injustice...
