Because they know who's the winner already and wrestlers know that what the opponent's gonna do. For example:if Batista is posing then King Booker knows that Batista is going to Batista Bomb King Booker

This is too funny. How many of you have actually wrestled in the ring? I wrestled for 15 years, and believe me, chairs shots even blocked hurt like hell.
Wrestlers are there to entertain, and we have to work night after night, so we are not in there to kill each other. But the injuries, the blood, and the torture wrestlers take are definitely real.
Before you go and hollar fake, look up the definition in the dictionary (which I doubt most of you even own one) and yes, wrestling has it fake factors, but it is not all fake.

because it's Entertainment, not sport
Movies are fake but you dont complain about them, TV Shows are fake, but you dont complain about them
Wrestling isn't a sport and it isn't afraid to admit that but it is branded as 'entertainment' and to keep people entertained they have to make people believe that the moves etc are real
it's called suspending disbelief
I know too well that wrestling is fake; hell, I wrestle in a small federation of my own, but i still enjoy watching it in the same way that you can enjoy a movie, but still know that it's not real

Because it is not about the competition but the performance. They are trying to work the crowd not each other. If they were any more real (I mean to use that term loosely) there would be alot more fatalities than the few accidents and thus would not be as profitable.

Wrestling is scripted, but the fighting and the injuries are real. Like Joey Mercury's injury was not scripted it was a freak accident.

the simple answer is its designed for entertainment. It sells, so whoever is profitting from it...has run with it.
And as Fake as it is, there's still dumba$$e$ that still think it's real. You can prove it till the cows come home, but they still think it's real.
