There is nothing civilized about capital punishment I think...I am hoping however that the families of those who were killed find some measure of peace with his execution.

No, they will still need to get our troops out before they can even start deciding exactly what's best for the kind of diplomacy they want for their culture and style of life that they are used to. We as Americans should not try influence the type of government that we feel we have the right to impose on them. This is something that should be left unto the residents of that country because they are the ones who will have to live there, we can only hope that the decision they make will reflect on the rest of humanity in a descent manner.

lots of people argued about if he should be executed or not and the Iraqis actually celebrated after his death and i dont think that was very civilized.
