I have to say no because if she gets the wrong one's they could irritate her face more she should get something better even Johnson and Johnson baby disposable washcloths those are suppose to be gentle.. Also the oil-va-lay(spelled wrong) wipes I used those and cut them in half because I felt they were to big and it also saved money they are in a little white box .....I use baby wipes to clean my wood floor they work wonders and smell great..

I've used baby wipes to take off stage makeup in the past, and I find them to be VERY irritating to my skin, especially the eye area. There are similar products designed for the face that I would try first. Oil of Olay makes a good, not expensive one.

baby wipes might help keeping your face clean. But there is facial wipes that are more gentle for your face and helps with the oils and make-up. Tell her to try those instead.

it depends on how oily your sister's face is. if she has greasy-oily skin, then she could use them once every two or three days, but not everyday. some baby wipes can contain alcohol, which dries out skin. if she has kinda-oily skin, then i wouldn't use baby wipes at all. she should probably try clean and clear moisturizer with salicytic acid. that's what i use-my skin is sorta-oily, and it dries those bumps right up!

nooooo..... i would use clear-a-sil oil absorbing wipes during the day... and wash your face twice a day with actual cleanser then use toner and the other lotions that come with it.. baby wipes are very chemical enhanced and could make ur face worse.

of course they are sensitive enough for a baby's bottom, but it will unbalance the oils in your skin, to clean your face you a special cloth...but you could also go oldschool and use a soapy wash cloth

I heard Star Jones say on the view she uses them because if they're gentle enough for a babies bottom then they're gentle enough for her, makes sense since babies do have delicate skin.

I would use an Olay face cloth (the kind in the whitebox) before I used a babywipe on my face...
