I use Glimmersticks waterproof eyeliner, by Avon. Also, if you put your moisturizer on your eyelids before applying your eyeshadow powder, it stays on longer. Avon's Beyond Color has liquid eyeshadow that stays on better than powder too. Of course, nothing will survive if you rub your eyes. And sometimes, you just have to spend a little time refreshing your makeup in the middle of the day, no matter what brand. <*)))><

I hate using pencil eyeliner. Whenever i use them it smudges within 30 minutes. I think you should use Maybelline liquid eyeliner, it doesn`t smudges & it dries quickly!

i use "wet N wild" or "nyc" eyeliner but thats if u like 2 use pencil. u can always try liquid eyeliner which doesnt smear as easy cuz of the way it dries. good eyeshadow is easy 2 find. it usually wont smear if it powder and not those big crayon lookin 1s.

.urban decay's primer potion
^you put that on your lids and i swear to god your shadow wont move A BIT!

U'll pay more, but try smashboxes' cream eyeliner.
It's in a little pot and you put it on with an eyeliner brush.
It sets in 30 seconds. You can do tight lines or big smudges depended on your personal style.
You could buy it on ebay & try it out cheaply....

i like prestige, the waterproof stick one is really nice
