An occasional slice shouldn't hurt. Don't eat an entire pizza. By occasional, I mean once every couple of weeks, and just one slice. Building VISIBLE muscle takes a lot of discipline and you cannot eat a bunch of fattening stuff like pizza. Pizza has carbs and protein though, so one slice should not hurt you. But if you want to be serious with your body building, don't eat any. Make sure the pizza has some good veggies on it, and for God's sake, no bacon.

A slice of pizza has carbs and proteins and all are needed for body building. So i think it's not too bad.
Anyhow, pizzas are yummy!

I think if the pizza bread is thin, it should be ok to have a couple of slices. I wouldn't take the bacon, try something that contains less fat.

Yeah thats good to have a healthful variety yet that's no longer a bodybuilding recurring. you're in basic terms understanding your biceps which in basic terms accommodate for a million/3 of your arm. Your triceps are 2/3 of your arm. you would be healthful yet you're unlikely to be gaining muscle with that recurring. you ought to pass heavier. i'm 9" shorter than you and curl 40 lbs. pass heavy or pass domicile.

Pizza contains proteins, carbos AND fat...so you might get in trouble with too much energy taken by eating that stuff..unless you work out enough to burn that energy...pizza won't hurt to build massive muscles in case you're a skinny type..but if you already have enough weight and just wanna shape it you shouldn't eat too much..anyways, we all feel that urge to eat yummy stuff..and it's prooved that it's healthier to give in to that urge..
do it, but don't overdo it

All I can tell you is that just 2 slices of pizza has the calories of about 6 different things put together. (I can't remember exactly what they are though.
