There is no blinker fluid but there is a switch. if this switch has gone bad then it is time to change that switch [very small black module] somewhere under or near the steering wheel cover or under the dashboard.
Consult your owners manual or go to the Chilton's manual for your car to locate and replace the blinker for your car.

open the hood and take out the air filter box. Then cose the hood and open the trunk and take out the spare tire. Once you do that you can get to the acess ports to fill the front and rear blinker fluids. But be carefull not to overfill them this could cause your car not to start.

So sorry it had to happen to someone...
First you need to invest in a "bulkhead remover", to cut through the firewall.. can't go through the frontside because it will only explode in yer face!
Now go through the reverse side very carefully with drill in hand, and drill a "weephole" letting the "blinker fluid" drain to earth.. not to ground mind ya, 'cause it could explode in yer face!
Now all this [stuff!] would not a happened had the dag-gone ol' muffler bearings not tightened up tighter than a hair in a biscuit.
When you get through with all this.. get back on here and ask another question, that way we know that you know how to follow directions... :D
Happy new years!

If you have an air cooled engine the blinker fluid resevoir is to the right of the radiator.
Other wise it is near the flux capacitor.

It's in your left index finger. Push the turn lever up or down to fill your blinkers. Good Luck.

Open your trunk. Under your spare tire you'll find a small nozzle with a yellow cap. It should be right beside the headlight oil resevoir, fill it with one half bottle of vegetable oil. That usually does the trick.

Us truckers tell each other they're using up their blinker fluid when they leave their signals on......and on......and on....
There is no such thing. Someone was having a joke at your expense.
