Has it ever happened? Or was this created entirely in the mind of the writers?

Anyone have any links to this actually happening?

Some of them marry women in the hopes of hiding their gayness. How is that any less raping a woman than the physical act? After all he leads her to believe he loves her, he shares his life and his home with her. They build a life together with kids and all the trimmings and then one day he springs it on her he's gay. That poor woman has been emotionally and mentally raped her whole married life. Not to mention what it does to the kids.

That is like asking why do almost 90% pedophiles (98.75% identify as heterosexual) choose to attack children of the same gender? Simply put, Sexual attack is about power and the need to have absolute power over someone. The reason that caused this are not significant to this arguement as it is not about the cause of the problem, but the problem itself.

Is what you are poslating possible? Yes it is. Science has proven that self loathing can become a serious mental illness leading to socopathic and neurotic behaviors. Those behaviors generally include physical violence against those whom the individual feels they have power over or can get power over. Women and children are the most likely victims because physically, they are less powerful than males (by the way, approximately 88% of sex offenders are male, that leaves a lot of female offenders as well). The key point here is that when a person acts out this behavior, their personal feelings mayor may not come into play, generally, the only noticible part of a repeat offender's personal preference is in the ritual involved in each attack, and with serial offenders, there is a ritual followed for each attack, not in a religious sense, but more in an OCD type of way. SO therefore, it does make sense that someone who is so ashamed of his homosexuality that it turns to self loathing and burns away into a neurosis of physical violence (of which sex is the ultimate vilation), it does not rule it out as a possibility.

What a stupid verbal substitute. at the start, it is not appropriate the intercourse of the rapist...rape is rape. And sure, women folk can rape adult men, it might desire to be extra durable for the traditional lady to forcibly have interaction in intercourse with the traditional guy given the appr. 50 lb. weight great thing regarding the traditional guy, however the common deviation of human sexual dimorphism does overlap, extremely while the male isn't completely more suitable and the female is. to boot, actual coercion is barely between the tactics a rapist can use to coerce a individual into sexual intercourse against his or her will. the concept rape is barely rape while a guy makes use of actual potential and violence to attack a woman sexually, such as with a house intruder, has been debunked, and, mockingly, this debunking became championed via the precise same women folk's rights activists that now assert that male rape isn't as severe of an argument as a results of fact using actual violence isn't as common, except of direction if the rapist is yet another guy wherein case they'd care much less. Secondly, do you think of a individual who's raped be that a guy or lady could take ANY convenience in understanding that their intercourse is raped extra or below the different?

this concept doesn't make sense.. rape is not about love, sex, or sexuality.. rape is usually about control and power..

anyone that would commit rape is getting a turn on out of humiliating and abusing a helpless victim.

if a gay man is frustrated with his sexuality, i don't see how raping a woman would change anything.

i think this tv series is just trying to create something outside of the box.. and in this case, i think they have created something totally unrealistic.

it could; certain societies, put a heavy amount of stress on gay individuals not to come out. This could end up leading to this kind of act because the stress of staying in the closet could drive someone to harbor anger and in extreme cases even do this

Rape is NOT ABOUT SEX! Its about violence and control. So any man "or woman" could perpetrate it.

Hon, gay men get married and have children everyday. TRUST ME. You have simply no idea how common it is. Now, common sense says, if they can get married and have sex on a regular basis with their wives, why can't they rape someone?

I would think so, there are gay men that date and even marry. If during that time they get angry, drink, and lash out because they're going against their own nature and desire, sex would and could easily seem like an act of rape.

that will NEVER happen. NEVER !!!!!

science Fiction.

but I would find it amusing to see more rapes of guys by guys...I think this is sexy and hot when a guy overpowers another guy and takes him by force or coercion.

but I only would think in terms of young, handsome, cute white guys doing this to each other. Somehow, if a guy is young and HANDSOME - it makes it less of a violation if he forces another man. And it must be over the legal age to drink & vote. No abuse of minors, ever!!!

why aren't there more rapes of guys by guys in boarding schools, etc. ??? You would expect more of this.

I think in terms of being in a school dorm and my roommate is young & Gorgeous and he can be real nasty unless I service his needs routinely & submit to his manhood like a wimp - and give him a happy ending whenever he wants it. So he is the dominant alpha-male and expects my submission to his masculinity.

Would that be so bad?? I think not.

there probably is a chance of it ever happening because there are some people still being brought up to think homosexuality is evil and disgusting (sadly). if a gay person is brought up in that type of environment, he would react violently to prove that he isn't weak or scum of earth by abusing women to assure himself of his masculinity(sp?)
(sorry for the run on sentence.)
