yup, and it feels good, just go let it out after you're finished though, it's possible to get a UTI. Males have a very slim but possible chance of getting a UTI. If you're are female, it's very important to use the washroom, UTI are high risk for ya :-)

Up to you, if you are in the mood. REcommend doing it in the stall, though, might get arrested for doing it at the urinal.
